Supervisor at Milwaukee Tool\nJob Description:\nEssential Duties &Responsibilities:\nLight assembly and packaging of product\n\nGeneral warehouse duties: stacking, moving, arranging product\n\nMaintains expected productivity output levels and completes assignments as scheduled\n\nBuilds assemblies to quality standards and print or work order specifications\n\nFollows verbal and written procedures including when modifiedby a Lead or Supervisor\n\nMaintains a clean and organized work environment including after task clean up, returning tools to designatedlocations and swept floor\n\nFlexibility in daily tasks including rotating positions and changing work stations\n\nPossibly operatingminor machinery or equipmentto aid in production processes\n\nAdheres to IB implemented safety standards including (PPE), work practice controls, and OSHA guidelines\n\nIs willing to learn new tasks, procedures and assemblies as needed\n\nListens, understandsand follows instructions while learning new assignments\n\nRecognizes unusual circumstances and asks questions to Team Leads when necessary\n\nRequests are completed with a good attitude and by needed deadlines\n\nMay be assigned special projects and other dutiesas\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\nPossess manual dexterity and good coordination\n\nMust have good oral and written communication skills\n\nPossess basic reading, writing, and math skills (including adding, subtracting, calculating percentages, converting minutes to hours, and performing basic Algebra)\n\nPossess necessary basic computer skills for accessing and printing documents/labels\n\nPossess ability to resolve minor problems, recognize normal and unusual situations\n\nAbility to work with manual and/or power equipment and tools\n\nPossess provenmechanical ability or aptitude\n\nIs able tofollow assembly simple production diagrams\n\nDemonstrates strong multitasking skills in a fast pacedenvironment\n\nAccuracy and attention to detail required\n\nCoachable and applies instruction immediately\n\nMaintains a positive attitude and remainsflexible to changing work environment\n\nEducation and/or Experience:\nHS diploma or equivalent (GED) required\n\nPreviousproduction, assembly or packaging related experience preferred\n\nHas workedindependently and as part of a team\n\nBasic English skills to understand quality, safety, work instructions, personnel information, etc.\n\nPhysical Demands& Work Environment:\nThe employee may be requiredto frequentlylift, carry, pushor pull up to 50 pounds\n\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus\n\nProlonged standing of eight or more hours a
