\nDrive integration best practices and use of OIC with a high level of understanding of Oracle solutions to drive integrations and architecture of business-critical operations and technical API's.\nDevelop conversions using the FBDI process.\nDevelop and implement workflows, APIs, and data mapping using OIC and associated tools and/or systems.\nMonitor and maintain integration flows, handle errors and perform root cause analysis.\nEnsure integration complies with company policies, industry standards and security best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse existing systems, and recommend solutions and forward-looking and scalable strategies.\nCollaborate with quality teams to monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure high availability and performance.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and team members.\nStay up-to-date with Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend leading practices and enhancements.\nDocument integration processes, architectural designs, and technical specifications.\nEnsure compliance with security standards and best practices in all integration activities.\nDrive the overall team's success by embracing the cultural beliefs and encouraging the team to always improve.\nRemain agile to adapt to a fast-paced environment and to quickly adjust to the market demands.\nEnsure Software Engineering best practices are documented and followed by the engineering team.\nEnsure mentorship and training documentation, as well as onboarding documentation and processes, are captured and kept current.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong expertise in Oracle VBCS to design, develop and maintain cloud-based integrations and front-end applications across Oracle SaaS.\nThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, REST/ SOAP APIs and low-code application development using VBCS.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for
