The Process Technician supports the injection molding operation by assisting with machine setups, monitoring production processes, and helping ensure the consistent manufacture of high-quality plastic components. This role focuses on maintaining safe and efficient production, supporting troubleshooting efforts, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing technical skills in injection molding processes and equipment. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities Consistently demonstrates safety first mindset; follows all safety related processes and procedures, quickly escalates safety related concerns or issues to create a safe work environment for all employees. Complete injection molds and related equipment startup, shutdown, and basic setup activities for sample/production runs.
