You will execute testing activities, identify defects, and help ensure customers receive reliable and intuitive digital experiences.\nYou'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nExecute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web and API-based applications.\nDevelop a strong understanding of Milwaukee Tool's digital platforms, business processes, and customer experiences.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nIdentify, document, and track software defects while effectively communicating findings to development teams.\nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, and other Agile ceremonies.\nCreate and maintain test cases, test data, and QA documentation.\nAssist with validation of website content, product information, and customer-facing functionality.\nLearn and apply quality engineering best practices, testing methodologies, and automation tools.\nSupport user acceptance testing and release validation activities.\nCommunicate testing status, risks, and issues clearly to team members and stakeholders.\nContinuously expand technical knowledge of the applications, systems, and technologies used within the organization.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nThe TOOLS you'll bring with you:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n0-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of software development and testing concepts.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nA desire to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.\nBasic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, or test automation concepts is a plus.\nOther TOOLS we prefer you to have:\nExposure to API testing.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, or browser developer tools.\nBasic understanding of test automation concepts.\nExperience working on team projects in a professional, academic, or internship environment.\nInterest in quality engineering and continuous improvement practices.\nWe provide these great perks and benefits:\nRobust health, dental, and vision insurance plans\nGenerous 401(k) savings plan\nEducation assistance\nOn-site wellness, fitness center, food, and coffee service\nAnd many more -
