Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.\nYour Role on Our Team\nThe Agentic Automation Engineer is a multi-platform AI role at the Software Engineer I level. You will work with business-aligned teams, Product Owners, Architects, and senior Engineers to build and support AI agents and automations across more than one technology stack. Oracle knowledge is required; experience with Microsoft or other AI platforms is a nice to have.\nAgentic AI is still a new discipline, so we do not expect you to arrive as an expert. You will learn multiple AI platforms hands-on by working with business-aligned teams and serving as a support escalation point for our production agents and automations, with ample opportunity to grow the depth of your expertise over time.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities\nDesign, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automations, starting with Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications and expanding to Microsoft and other AI platforms as you grow. \nPartner with business-aligned delivery teams to understand their software development processes, identify tasks that are good candidates for agentic automation, and turn requirements into working solutions. \nConnect agents to enterprise systems and data using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, and platform connectors, following secure authentication and access practices. \nServe as a support escalation point for AI agents and automations in production: troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and put fixes in place with guidance from senior engineers. \nWrite and refine prompts, agent instructions, and tool definitions, and use testing and evaluations to improve the accuracy and reliability of agent responses. \nMonitor agent performance, usage, and the value each solution delivers, and recommend improvements based on what you learn. \nFollow responsible AI, security, and governance standards, including human approval steps, auditability, and data protection. \nDocument solutions, support procedures, and reusable patterns so other teams can adopt them. \nParticipate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions, and stay current on emerging agentic AI capabilities across platforms. \nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned. \nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another technical field, or equivalent relevant experience. \n1-3 years of experience in software development, automation, agentic development or an IT-related position; internships, co-ops, and substantial academic or personal projects count. \nWorking knowledge of the Oracle technology stack, gained through work, internships, coursework, or certifications, such as Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) \nFoundational understanding of generative AI and agentic concepts, including large language models, prompt design, retrieval and grounding, and tool or function calling. \nProgramming or scripting experience in at least one language, such as Python, SQL, or JavaScript/TypeScript \nUnderstanding of REST APIs, JSON, and common authentication methods such as OAuth 2.0. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the curiosity to learn new platforms quickly. \nFamiliarity with agent interoperability standards, such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A). \nOracle or Microsoft AI certifications, for example Oracle AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications Foundations Associate. \nStrong professional, written, and verbal communication skills, and comfort working directly with business partners. \nHow you'll
