The Sourcing Analyst leverages data analysis, market intelligence, and supplier collaboration to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nSupport and execute RFQ/RFP. Conduct and analyze Total Cost of Ownership analysis to drive best overall cost and commercial terms\nManage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned MRO categories\nAnalyze category spend, supplier performance, and purchasing trends to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.\nResearch market conditions, industry trends, and supplier capabilities to support strategic sourcing decisions.\nPerform spend analysis, supplier benchmarking, and year-over-year purchasing comparisons to support sourcing strategies.\nLeverage automation technology to optimize procurement processes to optimize team efficiency\nTrack procurement savings, PPV (Purchase Price Variance), and category performance against established objectives.\nPrepare dashboards, reports, and presentations using Power BI and Excel to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership.\nBecome a subject matter expert on MRO requisition processes by partnering cross functionally to understand purchasing needs, habits and gaps\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure continuity of supply.\nMaintain accurate supplier, spend, contract, and sourcing data within procurement systems and reporting tools.\nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nBachelor's degree in relevant field such as Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related technical field.\nOne to two years sourcing or related experience in finance, supply chain, or data analytics\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, dashboards, queries and advanced formulas.\nExperience using Power BI for reporting and spend visibility preferred.\nExperience leveraging AI tools to analyze complex datasets and optimize workflows desirable.\nInternship/Co-Op experiences in purchasing, manufacturing, or related experience a plus\nExhibits strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple time-sensitive priorities.\nDemonstrates attributes of being
