This role combines advanced financial analysis with data architecture and modeling capabilities to evaluate strategic business opportunities, operational risks, and future-state supply chain scenarios.\nApproximately 50% of the role is focused on strategic modeling, business case development, and scenario analysis to support key operational decisions. The remaining 50% is focused on enhancing the underlying data infrastructure, automation, and modeling architecture that enables scalable financial simulations and future analytical capabilities.\nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable working with large datasets, developing models from scratch, and translating complex findings into actionable recommendations. This individual will partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Strategic Operations, and Data & Analytics teams to improve decision-making and streamline future modeling capabilities.\nDuties, Responsibilities & Objectives\nStrategic Financial Modeling & Analysis\nDevelop and maintain financial models supporting strategic planning, network optimization, sourcing decisions, manufacturing transfers, capacity planning, and supply chain initiatives.\nPerform scenario analysis and create multiple \"what-if\" simulations to quantify financial and operational impacts of business decisions.\nBuild business cases that clearly communicate risks, opportunities, assumptions, and recommendations for executive leadership.\nConduct ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support data-driven decision making.\nAnalyze product, operational, and supply chain performance to identify opportunities for cost reduction, margin improvement, and operational efficiency.\nResearch industry, macroeconomic, and geopolitical trends to assess potential impacts on operations strategy and business performance.\nTranslate complex analyses into concise executive-level presentations and recommendations.\nModeling Architecture & Analytics Enablement\nDesign, maintain, and continuously improve modeling tools, datasets, and analytical frameworks used across Operations Finance and Strategic Operations.\nPartner with Data & Analytics teams to develop scalable data connections and automated data pipelines that support future modeling capabilities.\nImprove data accessibility, governance, and model efficiency by reducing manual processes and enhancing system integration.\nSupport development of simulation tools and advanced analytical capabilities used for long-range planning and scenario testing.\nLeverage technology and automation opportunities to streamline forecasting, planning, and business case development.\nEstablish standardized assumptions, inputs, and methodologies across strategic modeling activities.\nDevelop reporting and visualization tools that improve understanding of key operational and financial drivers.\nCross Functional Partnership\nCollaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Strategic Operations, and Product teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.\nInfluence decision making through objective analysis and thoughtful recommendations.\nEffectively communicate analytical findings to audiences ranging from technical teams to executive leadership.\nManage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.\n4+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, Supply Chain Analytics, or related analytical roles.\nExperience building financial, operational, or statistical models from concept through implementation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills required.\nExperience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Databricks, Python, or similar platforms preferred.\nExperience developing executive-level presentations and communicating complex analyses to leadership.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to see both tactical implications and strategic opportunities.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain organizations.\nUnderstanding of product costing, absorption, margin analysis, and operational financial drivers.\nExperience working with automated data models, simulations, forecasting tools, or scenario-planning systems.\nKnowledge of database structures, data integration concepts, and financial data architecture.\nExperience working in cross-functional teams driving process improvements and analytics initiatives.\nExposure to global supply chain and manufacturing environments\nWe
