This senior individual-contributor role combines hands-on system ownership with project leadership, solution design, and cross-functional partnership. The position is accountable for reliable recurring processes, secure and scalable configuration, accurate financial data, effective controls, and well-adopted system improvements.\nYou'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nSYSTEM OWNERSHIP & OPERATIONS\nOwn and administer the enterprise performance management solution, including security, workflows, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, reports, business rules, and allocations.\nLead recurring planning, forecasting, reporting, and allocation processes, ensuring they are completed accurately and on schedule.\nMonitor system processes, troubleshoot failures, coordinate issue resolution, and clearly communicate business impacts.\nMaintain environment readiness and coordinate upgrades, patches, release testing, regression testing, and production deployment.\nDATA, INTEGRATIONS & CONTROLS\nOversee inbound and outbound financial data processes, including data loads, mappings, interfaces, validations, reconciliations, and reporting extracts.\nDesign and maintain control checks, exception reporting, and reconciliation routines that support complete and accurate financial data.\nMaintain clear audit and process documentation for critical system configurations, data flows, and recurring processes.\nPartner with IT, data teams, and vendors to resolve integration issues and deliver secure, reliable, and supportable solutions.\nSOLUTION DESIGN & IMPROVEMENT\nTranslate Finance and Accounting requirements into scalable system configurations, reports, models, business rules, and automated workflows.\nCoordinate solution design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation.\nPerform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements that reduce manual effort, prevent recurring issues, and improve process cycle time.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify financial processes and improve the user experience without weakening controls or data integrity.\nPARTNERSHIP & LEADERSHIP\nLead financial systems workstreams and smaller projects, including scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, testing, and stakeholder communication.\nProvide clear recommendations and communicate system decisions, risks, and business impacts to technical and nontechnical audiences.\nCreate and maintain operating procedures, system documentation, training materials, and support resources.\nCoach analysts and business users to strengthen system knowledge and reduce reliance on undocumented processes.\nThe TOOLS you'll bring with you:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nFive or more years of experience supporting or administering enterprise applications, financial systems, data processes, or reporting platforms.\nExperience supporting core system components such as security, metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, forms, reports, business rules, or allocations.\nExperience leading system enhancements through requirements definition, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.\nThe TOOLS we prefer you have:\nExperience administering CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, or a comparable enterprise performance management platform.\nWorking knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, allocations, month-end processes, restatements, and internal controls.\nExperience with financial data integrations, mappings, reconciliations, validation routines, and exception reporting.\nExperience using ticketing, agile delivery, or work-management tools to coordinate enhancements and issue resolution.\nExperience leading system implementations, cross-functional workstreams, or vendor-supported delivery.\nExperience developing
