Sr. Oracle Fusion Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Drive integration best practices and use of OIC with a high level of understanding of Oracle solutions to drive integrations and architecture of business-critical operations and technical dependencies.
• Implement architected structures including Oracle systems and tools, such as Visual Builder Studio, VBCS, APEX, Fusion, ERP, etc. solutions.
• Create and configure connections, lookup tables and scheduled orchestrations.
• Develop BIP reports, extract data using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI reports and consume them in OIC and VBCS.
• Develop ORDS APIs for the data stored in ATP database APIs.
• Develop conversions using the FBDI process.
• Develop and implement workflows, APIs, and data mapping using OIC and associated tools and/or systems.
• Monitor and maintain integration flows, handle errors and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure integration complies with company policies, industry standards and security best practices.
• Good understanding of OCI resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyse existing systems, and recommend solutions and forward-looking and scalable strategies.
• Collaborate with quality teams to monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend leading practices and enhancements.
• Document integration processes, architectural designs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all integration activities.
• Drive the overall team's success by embracing the cultural beliefs and encouraging the team to always improve.
• Remain agile to adapt to a fast-paced environment and to quickly adjust to the market demands.
• Ensure software engineering best practices are documented and followed by the engineering team.
• Ensure mentorship and training documentation as well as on-boarding documentation and processes are captured and kept current.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Oracle VBCS to design, develop and maintain cloud-based integrations and front-end applications across Oracle SaaS.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs and low-code application development using VBCS.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect various applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrations, orchestrations, connections, and workflows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• 10+ years of experience with REST/SOAP web services, API management, data mapping, event-driven integrations, and scalable integration design.
• 10+ years of expertise in Oracle Fusion, ERP, VBCS, Visual Builder Studio, APEX, and OCI services.
• 10+ years of experience with Oracle VBCS / Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for Oracle Fusion Redwood customisation.
• 10+ years of experience using Page Composer and App Composer to review Oracle Fusion customisations for Redwood migration.
• 10+ years of Oracle SaaS/Fusion and API integration experience.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion integrations, including Redwood break-fix solutions and workarounds (e. g., REST APIs and OIC).
• Experience configuring Oracle Redwood UI pages.
