The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production activities, ensuring team members operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. This role drives operational performance through employee development, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering Milwaukee Tool's culture and leadership principles.\nYou’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities\n\nConsistently demonstrates safety first mindset; follows all safety related processes and procedures, quickly escalates safety related concerns or issues to create a safe work environment for all employees. \nLead, coach, and develop production employees to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. \nPlan and direct daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and customer demands. \nMonitor labor utilization, staffing levels, attendance, and overall workforce performance. \nProvide timely coaching, performance feedback, recognition, and corrective action when necessary. \nConduct shift-start meetings and communicate key business, safety, quality, and production updates. \nPartner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational challenges. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and efficiency. \nUtilize production metrics and KPIs to identify trends and implement corrective actions. \nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions. \nSupport employee training, cross-training, and succession planning efforts. \nInvestigate production issues and implement sustainable solutions. \nMaintain a clean and organized work environment aligned with 6S standards. \nSupport new product launches, process improvements, and operational initiatives. \nAbility to work overtime or adjust schedules as business needs require. \nPerform all other duties as assigned. \nThe TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required;
