To learn more about our story click HERE.\nYou’ll also be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:\nThe Team Lead is responsible for following procedures for product quality audit, equipment operation and safety standards as required.\nAssign personnel to workstations\nEnsure personnel are trained accordingly to meet production demands\nEnsure cell paperwork is being maintained and accurate (reject log, quality log, scrap tickets and stock tickets)\nVerify all team members meet safety PPE requirements (safety glasses, hearing protection, dust masks)\nProvide PPE to team members as needed\nVerify correct OMS are in place for current production and prior to changeovers\nIdentify and resolve conflict with team\nWork closely with Supervisor on team tasks\nCoordinate and lead team meetings\nWork with material and assembly teams to ensure smooth, trouble free changeovers\nWork with engineer and support on any suggestions, improvements or issues that will improve output\nFill in for team members when they need to leave the production line\nAssist the quality department on any potential or current quality issues that arise\nAdhere to all safety requirements in the department\nPractice and maintain 5S\nWhat TOOLS you’ll bring with you:\nUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as OMS\nBasic math skills\nComputer proficiency\nWorking knowledge of all equipment\nPerform basis line set up\nAble to work effectively as part of a team and with a positive attitude\nLeadership skills\nAble to learn quickly\nHigh school diploma or
