This team member will be responsible for scheduling and delivering training, post-training follow-up, documenting training, evaluating trainees, testing/certification, and developing training curriculum.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nRemains committed to helping the business unit long after initial solutions have been applied; follows up post-training to ensure the training delivered is actively being followed to achieve desired outcomes. \nWorks and collaborates effectively in dynamic environments.\nBuilds professional capability by acquiring new knowledge and applying said knowledge appropriately.\nHave knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practice 5S and safety.\nAble to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned.\nAmbitious and driven to identify problems in each process and adapt training as necessary to be as effective as possible.\nSufficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.\nFlexibility in work schedule to accommodate team shifts. Self-directed in work and time management, while also having the ability to follow a strict training schedule as needed.\nStays focused during times of uncertainty or change.\nAbility to quickly and thoroughly learn all facets, functions, and protocol of the role that is being trained on.\nEducate and evaluate Repair Technicians on company quality standards. \nTest/certify Repair Technicians in their roles.\nMonitor performance metrics to actively participate and report on results for 30/60/90-day reviews for trainees.\nLook for new ways to improve training.\nWorks and collaborates effectively in unstructured or dynamic environments.\nAbility to train others on and transfer knowledge and skills to effectively communicate what the trainee(s) needs to know, and why they need to know it.\nPossesses the following knowledge, skills and abilities required of role:Effectively present in small or large groups using current and professional materials;
