This role will play an important part in enabling effective talent management processes and delivering a positive experience for employees, managers, and HR partners across the organization.\nThe Workday Analyst will partner various business units and cross-functional technology teams to support cyclical talent programs, maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of Workday experience, hands-on exposure to Talent functionality, strong analytical skills, and an interest in leveraging technology to improve talent processes and business outcomes.\nYou'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities\nWorkday Talent Support and Administration\nSupport the ongoing administration and maintenance of Workday Talent functionality, including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, and related processes.\nSupport cyclical talent programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, talent assessments, and calibration activities.\nMaintain existing business process configurations, templates, questionnaires, notifications, eligibility rules, and related system components.\nTroubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with appropriate stakeholders.Support configuration changes and enhancements based on established business requirements and priorities.\nTalent Process Execution\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs and support effective Workday solutions.\nCoordinate system readiness and execution for cyclical talent programs, ensuring processes are configured, tested, and completed on schedule.\nSupport the administration and troubleshooting of performance review and calibration processes.\nMaintain process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to improve process efficiency, consistency, and the employee and manager experience.\nTesting and Continuous Improvement\nExecute functional and regression testing for configuration changes, system enhancements, and Workday releases.\nDocument test scenarios, results, issues, and resolutions to support quality system delivery.\nEvaluate existing functionality and identify opportunities to improve Workday processes and capabilities.\nSupport the implementation of system updates and enhancements, including coordination with impacted stakeholders.\nStay informed of relevant Workday functionality and recommend practical improvements to existing processes.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, communicate system impacts, and support successful delivery of enhancements.\nProvide timely, customer-focused support to end users and communicate technical information in a clear, accessible manner.\nContribute to projects and initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and consistency of Workday across the organization.\nThe TOOLS you'll bring with you\n3-4 years experience supporting Workday Talent functionality, particularly Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Calibration, or related processes.\nExperience supporting cyclical talent activities such as performance reviews, goal setting, talent assessments, or calibrations.\nWorking knowledge of Workday business processes, configuration concepts, reporting, and security fundamentals.\nExperience executing functional testing, validating system changes, and troubleshooting application issues.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering accurate results.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, particularly during cyclical talent programs.\nA continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn new functionality and develop technical expertise.\nOther
