You will collaborate directly with the business development lead, product and engineering team in shaping the company’s trajectory from the ground up.\nResponsibilities\nDrive customer acquisition: Explore potential markets, industry verticals to identify growth opportunities. Manage inbound and outbound sales channels to generate and convert new business opportunities. \nHelp scaling Business Development: Deploy and improve scalable business development and marketing processes and manage corporate sales efforts\nManage customer relationships: Own the customer journey and manage stakeholders on their automation journey. Develop effective outreach and communication strategies to build relationships, strengthen the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers. \nShape the Product: Gather industry-specific insights and customer feedback, translating operational needs into actionable input for the product and engineering teams to improve product-market fit\nWhat you bring\nTechnical background in robotics, mechanical/electrical engineering, computer science or a related field \n2+ years experience in business development, sales, project management, or strategy, ideally in early-stage startups or similarly fast-paced environments.\nProven track record in identifying and engaging with potential customers, particularly in B2B or industrial verticals such as manufacturing and logistics.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with experience negotiating contracts and managing stakeholder relationships.\nA proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for bringing technology to customers processes and growing with an early-stage company.\nA solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational challenges, with the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions, is a strong plus.\nComfortable working with CRM tools, financial software, and productivity tools.\nFluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage\nWillingness to travel to factories and logistics centers internationally\nNice to have\nExperience with the manufacturing, logistic, generative AI, or robotics market.\nStrong organizational and project management skills. \nExperience organizing industry events and managing event-related activities.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation & Benefits\nWe offer a total compensation package including a competitive yearly base salary and a strong stock option package to make you part of our shared success.\nYou will work with the founders from day one, shaping the company and participating in its success from its early stages.\nSurprise team trips, free gym and sports subscription, joint breakfasts and dinners and other exciting team activities.\nYou will have the opportunity to shape a robotics & AI company from the ground up.
