You will work directly with robotics customers to integrate our models, optimize their software and robotics stack, and drive the technical changes required for successful deployment.\nWorking across AI, robotics, and software, you will own technical integrations from initial planning through deployment. You will also help build scalable tooling and workflows that make our AI capabilities easier to deploy, monitor, and improve across different robotic platforms\nResponsibilities\nIntegrate and deploy mimic's AI models on different robotic platforms and hardware stacks\nAdapt our software, training, and deployment stack to new robots, sensors, and environments\nWork directly with customer engineering teams to integrate and optimize their robotics stack\nDiagnose AI, software, and robotics integration issues and drive them to resolution\nBuild scalable tooling and workflows for deploying, monitoring, and improving our models\nDefine technical requirements and implement features that improve model productization\nOwn deployment planning and execution, coordinating across customers and internal teams\nTranslate deployment learnings into improvements for our AI, robotics, and product stack\nTrack deployment performance and communicate progress and technical risks to stakeholders\nRequirements\nMaster’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field\nStrong robotics background and a very good understanding of physical AI and robotics systems\nExcellent software engineering skills, with the ability to design, implement, and test robust solutions\nStrong Python skills and experience with modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch\nExperience deploying AI/ML systems on real robotic hardware\nGood understanding of AI training methods, data pipelines, and model evaluation\nAbility to build repeatable and scalable solutions rather than one-off integrations\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work across AI, software, and robotics\nStrong ownership and ability to independently plan and execute technical deployments\nExcellent communication skills and confidence working directly with technical customers\nFluent English\nWillingness to travel for customer deployments and technical workshops\nDriving Licence (B)\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with modern robot learning approaches (imitation learning, reinforcement learning, diffusion policies, foundation models)\nExperience with robotic manipulation, ROS/ROS2, robot control systems, or simulation environments\nExperience integrating AI models with robotic hardware platforms\nFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)\nCompensation & Benefits\nWe offer a total compensation package including a competitive yearly base salary and a strong stock option package to make you part of our shared success.\nYou will have the opportunity to shape a robotics & AI company from the ground up.
