You'll work at the intersection of mechanical engineering, electronics, and robotics, driving designs from prototypes into reliable, scalable products.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, develop, and improve mechanical components and assemblies for advanced robotic systems.\nHelp transition products from prototype to scalable production, optimizing designs for manufacturability, reliability, and cost.\nCollaborate closely with electrical, software, and robotics engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electronic components.\nBuild, test, and iterate on prototypes, identifying design improvements and resolving technical challenges.\nWork with suppliers and manufacturing partners to support production and assembly processes.\nTake ownership of engineering challenges in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.\nWhat We're Looking For\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.\nExperience designing and developing complex physical products, ideally from prototyping through production.\nStrong CAD skills and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and design for manufacturing (DFM).\nGood understanding of electromechanical systems and how mechanical, electrical, and electronic components interact.\nExperience improving product designs to support increased production volumes.\nHands-on, practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to build, test, and iterate quickly.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.\nNice to Have\nExperience in robotics, consumer electronics, wearable devices, or other complex hardware products.\nExperience scaling hardware production or working with contract manufacturers.\nFamiliarity with sensors, actuators, motors, and embedded electronic systems.\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation & Benefits\nWe offer a total compensation package including a competitive yearly base salary and a strong stock option package to make you part of our shared success.\nYou will work with the founders from day one, shaping the company and participating in its success from its early stages.\nSurprise team trips, free gym and sports subscription, joint breakfasts and dinners and other exciting team activities.\nYou will have the opportunity to shape a robotics & AI company from the ground up.
