Helps with Shipping as needed. \nContacts vendors to retrieve proper quality documentation such as, Certificate of Analysis. \nParticipates in End of Month (EOM) inventory. \nUnloads receiving trucks as needed. \nSigns for delivery after inspection dependent on condition upon arrival. \nHandles all system receiving and paperwork processing. \nPhysically inspects all deliveries. \nParticipates in preparing shipping paperwork with accuracy, as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate system (UPS etc.) as needed. \nCommunicates status of delivery/receiving activities to appropriate personnel. \nMaintains housekeeping of warehouse. \nAssists other warehouse employees. \nAbility to work in a team environment and independently as required. \nMaybe required to work Holidays and weekends. \nMaybe required to work Overtime. \nContributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals \nPerform job specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and Minaris Advanced TherapiesPolicies and Standard Operating Procedures. \nThorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices \nOther duties as assigned \nMay be required to assist in other departments \nKnowledge, Skills & Ability \nMust have intermediate computer skills such as; e-mail, excel spreadsheets, MRP, etc. \nGreat Plains experience preferred \nProficient in Oral & Written communication skills \nNeed to be able to read, write and understand English \nProficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) \nEducation & Experience \n2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent \nHigh School diploma \nQuality Requirements \nEnsure compliance with all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations in all aspects of your work. \nAdhere to established procedures and protocols, prioritize continuous training and skill development, and uphold the highest standards of data integrity to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. \nPhysical Requirements \nMust be able to work in an office environment with minimal noise conditions. \nMust be able to work in Lab setting with Biohazards /various Chemicals \nMust be able to wear appropriate PPE \nMust be able to work in environment with variable noise levels \nAbility to stand /sit/walk for long periods of time \nAbility to perform heavy physical work, lifting up to 65 pounds. \nClarity of Vision \nAbility to identify and distinguish colors \nMust be able to perform activities with repetitive motions \nAbility to climb Ladders / Stairs / Scaffolding \nAbility to operate warehouse equipment/machinery including trucks & forklifts \nAbility to work in variable temperatures high to freezing \nInside/outside working conditions \nWorking Environment \nEmployee will work with moderate noise levels. Employee will perform tasks while experiencing numerous interruptions. Employee may travel by car and airplane to work at different locations and may occasionally be required to travel overnight. The work environment is fast paced. This position has the utmost responsibility for compliance with the rules and regulations regarding a safe and healthy work environment relative to their actions and conduct. Off-shift, weekend and overtime duties may be required.
