Responsibilities:\nAssist in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.\n\nCoordinate daily project activities, acting as a liaison between project teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments.\n\nMaintain and organize all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, technical drawings, and compliance records.\n\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure alignment with objectives and timely completion.\n\nPrepare and distribute regular project updates, status reports, and dashboards for management review.\n\nAssist in monitoring project expenses, material usage, and resource deployment to support cost control.\n\nCoordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes, ensuring follow-up on all action items.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the construction or engineering industry.\n\nIndustry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and site
