With an advanced background in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management (COTM), the ideal candidate will oversee the administrative and technical workflow of multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency from the head office.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise the preparation, review, and approval of project documents, technical drawings, method statements, and progress reports.\n\nAct as the primary liaison between site engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve complex issues and streamline workflow.\n\nEnsure all project activities and documentation strictly adhere to company quality standards, safety regulations, and local regulatory requirements.\n\nTrack and analyze project progress, budgets, and schedules; prepare detailed reports and forecasts for senior management.\n\n Oversee quantity surveying processes, cost estimation, and material tracking to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.\n\nGuide and support junior office engineers and interns, providing technical assistance and ensuring best practices are followed.\n\nProactively identify potential technical or administrative bottlenecks and lead the resolution process.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc) or Construction Technology & Management (COTM). graduates from AASTU, ASTU are highly encouraged to apply.\n\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in office engineering, project coordination, or site supervision, with a track record of managing complex project documentation.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , and MS Project or Primavera P6.\n\nExperience with construction management software and document control systems (e.g., Procore, Aconex, or similar) is highly desirable.\n\nStrong knowledge of contract documentation, quantity surveying, and local building codes.\n\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for high-level reporting and client meetings.\n\nStrategic thinker with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to project challenges.\n\nHow to Apply:\nInterested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their CV, cover letter, and relevant professional certificates to  or visit our company website https://jobs.minayegroup.com/jobs/detail/senior-office-engineer-572 within 7 consecutive working days.
