You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our internal systems are scalable, secure, and efficient.\n\nThe ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong engineering background who is equally comfortable customizing ERP modules and building custom web applications from scratch.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n· Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules based on business requirements. Modify existing Odoo workflows and reports.\n· Architect and build robust web-based in-house applications to support internal operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing databases and ERP systems.\n· Develop APIs and connectors to integrate Odoo with third-party services and internal legacy systems.\n· Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Conduct code reviews for junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.\n· Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across PostgreSQL and other database systems.\n· Provide technical support for escalated issues, troubleshoot bugs, and perform root cause analysis for system failures.\n· Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed software and system architectures.\n\nRequired Qualifications \n\n· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT) , or a related field.\n· Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development.\n· Strong proficiency in Python and other web languages .\n· Proven hands-on experience with Odoo or another major ERP system like SAP, Oracle, is essential.\n\nPreferred skills\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n· Excellent communication skills (ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders).\n· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n· A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.\n\nHow to Apply:\nPlease submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience your specific web development stack to  with the subject line: “Application for Senior Software Developer” or visit our company website via https://jobs.minayegroup.com/jobs/detail/senior-software-developer-571\n\nWe thank all applicants for their interest;
