This role focuses on motion control, test & data acquisition, SCADA, and safety of automated equipment while contributing to continuous process improvement and innovation.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and optimize control systems to automate manufacturing processes, ensuring operational efficiency and minimal downtime.\nDevelop and program PLCs, HMIs, and other automation hardware for seamless integration into production systems.\nTroubleshoot and resolve control system issues, minimizing disruptions to production.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality departments, to improve process control and system performance.\nProvide technical support for new equipment installations and upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation for control systems, including diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.\nStay updated on the latest advancements in automation technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Control Systems, or related Engineering field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in control system design, automation, and implementation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\nProficient with PLC programming, HMI design, Ignition Inductive Automation / SCADA systems, SQL, C/C+, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
