You’ll build scalable cloud systems, optimize Kubernetes environments, and improve developer velocity across engineering.\nYou’ll also help shape MIND’s next-generation platform capabilities in AI by driving GenAI and MCP integrations that improve developer experience and engineering workflows, while contributing to the AI/ML/GenAI infrastructure and developer SDKs that power our platform.\nThis is an opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, DevX innovation, and cutting-edge AI systems.\nResponsibility\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across GCP, AWS, and Azure.\nBuild and operate Kubernetes clusters and supporting platform tools.\nBuild and own CI/CD systems using GitHub Actions, Dagger, Argo CD, or similar technologies.\nImprove developer velocity through internal tooling and platform capabilities.\nImplement core product-infrastructure features, including authentication, authorization, and auditing.\nDecouple product services from infrastructure through internal SDKs for observability, databases, interceptors, and related capabilities.\nDefine infrastructure, reliability, and operational standards across engineering.\nDrive GenAI and MCP integrations that improve developer experience and engineering workflows.\nContribute to the AI/ML/GenAI infrastructure and developer SDKs that power MIND’s platform.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in backend or platform engineering within a product development team.\nExperience with cloud-native development, including containers, cloud providers, and Kubernetes.\nExperience designing and operating continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) systems.\nStrong understanding of Linux systems, distributed architectures, and networking fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry and the Grafana stack.\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\nAdvantage\nExperience with Temporal, Terraform, Protocol Buffers (Protobuf), and Argo CD.\nFamiliarity with security best practices, including cloud security, IAM, and secure infrastructure design.\nExperience with FinOps practices, including cloud cost optimization, monitoring, and resource governance.\nHands-on experience with databases and data pipelines.\nHands-on experience fine-tuning or deploying ML
