The role ensures smooth day-to-day technical operations supports staff and students with IT issues and contributes to technology-based initiatives that enhance teaching learning and administration.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. IT Systems & Network Management\nMaintain and troubleshoot all IT systems including servers computers printers and network devices.\n\nEnsure stable internet connectivity and LAN/Wi-Fi performance across the education center.\n\nInstall configure and update hardware software and antivirus protection.\n\nConduct regular system backups and maintain data security protocols.\n\n2. User Support\nProvide first-line technical support to staff trainers and students.\n\nManage IT helpdesk requests resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.\n\nSupport the setup of online learning platforms smart classrooms and multimedia equipment.\n\n3. Learning Technology & Systems\nAdminister and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) student portals and other e-learning tools.\n\nCoordinate with academic teams to integrate new digital tools or software for education delivery.\n\nProvide training sessions to faculty and staff on digital tools classroom technologies and best practices.\n\n4. IT Administration & Procurement\nMaintain an updated inventory of IT assets and licenses.\n\nAssist in purchasing new hardware/software as per approved budgets.\n\nLiaise with external vendors for system upgrades maintenance and repairs.\n\n5.
