Join a newly established engineering team building a strategic telemetry and product analytics platform. The project aims to collect, analyze, and visualize product telemetry data from applications across a global organization, enabling teams to gain valuable insights into application performance, user behavior, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

As one of the first engineers in the team, you will have a real impact on the platform's architecture, technology choices, development practices, and overall direction.

Requirements

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications and APIs.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical improvements.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support products throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal customers.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, security, and maintainability.

Benefits

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience with Node.js
• Experience building REST APIs / Web APIs
• Strong SQL skills and database design experience, preferably PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Go
• Frontend experience with React or Angular
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS
• Experience supporting production systems
• Interest or hands-on experience with AI solutions, chatbots, or agentic AI approaches
