\n\nWhat you get in return\n\nFlexible cooperation model \n\nHybrid work setup – remote days available depending on the client’s arrangements - 1 day a week from the office in Warszawa\n\nCollaborative team culture – work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge \n\nContinuous development – access to training platforms and growth opportunities \n\nComprehensive benefits – including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more \n\nHigh quality equipment – laptop and essential software provided \n\nZakres obowiązków\nConduct business and system analysis for mobile applications.\nCollect, analyse, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.\nTranslate business needs into technical specifications for development, QA, UX/UI and backend teams.\nCreate clear analytical documentation, including screen specifications for mobile applications.\nWork with API documentation and system integration requirements (REST / SOAP).\nDevelop process flows, sequence diagrams, and data models.\nCollaborate with UX/UI teams to review designs and user flows (Figma).\nSupport developers and testers with analytical guidance during implementation and UAT phases.\nUse tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Kibana and Firebase for analysis and documentation.\nDefine and analyse mobile analytics events (e.g. GA4) to support insight and measurement.\nProvide ongoing analytical support from business requirement to go‑live and maintenance.\nWymagania\n\nMinimum 4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in mobile application projects.\n\nProven experience in developing native iOS and Android applications.\n\nStrong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for cross‑functional teams.\n\nSolid experience working with API interfaces (REST/SOAP) and integration analysis.\n\nExperience in process modelling, flow diagrams and sequence modelling.\n\nVery good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.\n\nWorking knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nExperience with log analysis and error diagnostics tools (e.g. Kibana).\n\nPractical experience with Firebase.\n\nAbility to define and analyse analytics events in mobile apps (GA4).\n\nAwareness of UX/UI principles and best practices in mobile user flows.\n\nCollaboration experience with UX/UI teams and reviewing prototypes in Figma.\n\nAbility to assess the impact of requirements on development, testing, analytics and app maintenance.\n\nExcellent communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nSelf‑reliance in driving analysis from business need identification through to implementation support.\n\nDesirable Skills (Nice to Have)\n\nExperience in the financial, insurance or banking sector.\n\nKnowledge of investment products, policies or self‑service solutions.\n\nExperience with production release analysis, incident diagnostics and post‑release user behaviour review.\n\nJoining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
