In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end management of vulnerability remediation, automation, and operational improvements across a global technology environment, ensuring stability, security, and compliance of enterprise systems.\nSounds like your kind of challenge?\n#LI-Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office in Kraków\nResponsibilities\nFlexible cooperation model \nHybrid work setup - 6 days per month in the office in Kraków - remote days available depending on the client’s arrangements \nCollaborative team culture - work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge \nContinuous development - access to training platforms and growth opportunities \nComprehensive benefits - including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more \n High quality equipment - laptop and essential software provided \nRequirements\nValidate and triage vulnerability findings from scanning tools and threat advisories (CVEs), assessing applicability and potential impact.\nLead end-to-end remediation-from “finding” to “fixed”-including planning, change execution, and post-implementation verification.\nDrive remediation activities across operating systems, middleware, applications, containers, and cloud platforms.\nPrioritise remediation based on risk context (exploitability, asset criticality, exposure).\nCoordinate change execution with diverse global teams, ensuring safety and minimal service disruption.\nTroubleshoot remediation issues (failed patches, version conflicts, dependency issues) and deliver root-cause resolution.\nDevelop and maintain runbooks, remediation playbooks, and SOPs to standardise and accelerate processes.\nTrack and report on remediation KPIs-backlog metrics, SLA adherence, and compliance status.\nWork on continuous improvement initiatives through process optimisation and automation.\nPartner with security, architecture, and tooling teams to refine scanning accuracy, reduce false positives, and optimise remediation workflows.\nNote:Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.\nBenefits\nStrong hands-on experience supporting or automating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub (including troubleshooting and operations).\nProven scripting and automation proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and/or Groovy.\nAbility to collaborate cross-functionally to implement end-to-end engineering improvements (from requirements to deployment).\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset.\nFluent English communication (spoken and written) for collaboration in a global environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience in infrastructure, security engineering, or vulnerability remediation operations.\nPassion for leveraging AI tools, frameworks, and APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) to enhance workflows and apply intelligent automation solutions.\nPositive, proactive attitude and continuous-learning mindset with a strong sense of ownership.\nJoining this project you’llbecome part of Mindbox - a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
