This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies, driving automation, and working in a dynamic DevOps environment.\nSounds like your kind of challenge?\n#LI - Hybrid: 6x/month from the office in Kraków\nResponsibilities\nHybrid work setup - 6x/month from the office in Kraków\nCollaborative team culture - work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge \nContinuous development - access to training platforms and growth opportunities \nComprehensive benefits - including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more \nHigh quality equipment - laptop and essential software provided \nRequirements\nConfigure, deliver and support Linux (RHEL) and Solaris-based environments in a DevOps model.\nWork collaboratively with application teams and DevOps pods to integrate centrally provided infrastructure services.\nSupport both production and non-production environments, improve SLAs, and ensure operational reliability.\nAutomate daily operations using scripting languages (Shell / Perl / Python).\nAdvise on Unix/Linux design and implementation best practices across project lifecycle stages.\nReview capacity and performance against SLAs, and implement changes where needed.\nAssess and implement changes based on change requests; translate business requirements into technical specifications.\nTroubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure permanent corrective actions.\nCooperate with infrastructure, application, support, and engineering teams to provide expert guidance.\nNote:Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.\nBenefits\n6-10 years of hands-on experience in Linux server administration (RHEL); SLES and Solaris (x86/SPARC) exposure preferred.\n\nIndustry-recognised UNIX certifications.\n\nStrong Linux administration and architecture experience, including volume managers, multipathing, kernel tuning.\n\nAdvanced scripting and automation skills (Shell, Perl, Python).\n\nFamiliarity with virtualisation platforms: VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V.\n\nStorage systems experience (NAS and EMC SAN - standalone and clustered with replication).\n\nSolid networking knowledge (TCP/UDP, LAN/WAN, F5, firewalls, Cisco).\n\nExperience in major enterprise or regulated environments (ideally Financial Services).\n\nKnowledge of DevOps tools and configuration management (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).\n\nVeritas Volume Manager / Cluster Server experience - a plus.\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL concepts and service operations.\n\nSelf-sufficient, organised, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.\n\nJoining this project you’llbecome part of Mindbox - a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
