We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join a global technology team building a modern microservices-based Collateral Platform for an enterprise-scale financial organization. This is a key position within a long-term transformation program aimed at replacing legacy monolithic systems with cloud-native, API-first solutions leveraging the latest Java and Angular technologies.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and maintain performant, reusable, and reliable Java code as part of a microservices-based ecosystem.
• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, unit/integration testing, and deployment.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Implement test-driven development (JUnit, Cucumber) and ensure quality standards across code, security, and performance.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and team development.
• Collaborate with global teams and Agile delivery squads to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Assist with platform support, incident resolution, and tooling automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with business and QA teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Benefits

• 8+ years in Java technology stack development, including solid experience in microservices design using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and relational database systems; ability to write efficient, optimized code.
• Experience implementing secure delivery pipelines (DevSecOps, CI/CD) and integrating testing frameworks.
• Proven history of delivering enterprise-grade applications from design to production in Agile/DevOps environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, messaging channels, and distributed system architecture.
• Unit and integration testing experience using JUnit, Cucumber scenarios, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Solid communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within global delivery teams.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Spring Cloud components (Hystrix, Eureka, Zuul, Feign, Ribbon).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Knowledge of in-memory data grid technologies (Redis, Hazelcast, Oracle Coherence).
• Competency in TypeScript, Angular 17, HTML5 for front-end application development.
• Experience with Ansible for deployment automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP / AWS) and container orchestration tools (Docker / Kubernetes).
• Understanding of messaging systems (MQ, Solace) and event-driven architectures.
