Our fast-paced environment demands adaptability, curiosity and an unyielding attitude towards delivering the best possible experience to MindBridge customers. \nWhat You will Do\nAdvise clients on how to drive standardization and best practices for data structures, quality, reuse\nLead the end-to-end data ETL process from a customer's ERP system into MindBridge\nDevelop an understanding of ERP financial data models to automate and manage complex ETL jobs\nExtract, format and shape financial data\nTroubleshoot, provide work-arounds, and permanent fixes to data issues\nDevelop & maintain internal and external facing templates and documentation, including data requirements, process, flow diagrams, and mapping\nDesign data pipelines for internal analytics, management reports and dashboards\nBe the data ingestion product expert and stay up-to-date on new features\nProvide feedback and influence the product decisions based on customers' needs\nCross-functionally collaborate with customer success, support, product management, development, and data scientists to provide innovative client solutions\nProvide a data expert's lens to roadmap discussions to ensure future feature additions are software/release testing as required \nWhat You Bring\nComfortable manipulating datasets with Python\nComfortable with creating API requests\nAre proficient with Microsoft Excel, Python, SQL and Project Management software\nHave a positive attitude, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented\nHave excellent interpersonal communication skills and are comfortable speaking with developers, data scientists, product managers and business leaders\nAre focused on optimizing customer experience\nChampion change and seek new and better ways to solve problems\nAdjust priorities on the fly and thrive in a fast-paced environment and culture\nMay be required to travel to the US, UK and EU\nAre willing to support client requirements that, on occasion, fall outside of normal business hours\n Desired education and experience: \n5+ years of experience of using SQL and Python building and shaping structured/semi-structured datasets\n5+ year’s experience working on projects and have advanced experience with ETL, data lakes, as well as data analysis and profiling, mapping, modeling, and analytics\n5+ year’s experience providing customer service, consulting, or support in a software/technology company\n5+ years of experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, Netsuite, Sage, SAP, etc)\nProficient with Microsoft Excel, including VBA and macros\nComputer Science/ Accounting/Business degree or equivalent experience required\nPrevious experience in accounting/audit considered a strong asset \n Requirements Contingent on Employment:\nFulfill requirements necessary to obtain and clear a full background check \n Pay Range \nThe expected base salary range for this position is to $90,000 to $110,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards.
