This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of corporate governance and company secretaryship in Southern Africa.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\nResponsibilities:\n\n Develop training programmes for members, students and the public.\n\n Find suitable training presenters for webinars, seminars and full day workshops.\n\n Research key topics for webinars, seminars and full day workshops.\n\n Develop a database of potential presenters.\n\n Attend to the effective evaluation of trainers.\n\n Arrange training courses on topics related to company secretaryship, corporate governance and tax.\n\n Approach organisations for the purposes of offering them in-house training tailored to the requirements of the organisation, especially public sector organisations.\n\n Managing Chartered Governance Placements service to members and students seeking employment opportunities.\n\n Interviewing and screening members and students on behalf of prospective employers. \n\n Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all CGISA systems, products and services in order to provide an exceptional training experience.\n\n Administer the workplace skills reports to Fasset. \n\n Serve on various committees with a view to adding valuable input where applicable. \n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\nRequirements: \n\nA minimum of the following qualifications -
