The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 Copilot configuration, Copilot governance, Agent 365, Microsoft Purview and data-risk remediation.\nYou will work closely with technology, security and business teams to ensure Copilot is deployed securely, governed effectively and delivers value at enterprise scale.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n Lead the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot across large enterprise environments. \n Configure and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot and the M365 Admin Centre. \n Configure Copilot and Agent 365, including: \n Agents \n Connectors \n Microsoft first-party Copilot experiences \n\n Implement appropriate governance, security and compliance controls for the Copilot environment. \n Configure Microsoft Purview to support data protection, compliance and safe Copilot adoption. \n Analyse SAM reports to identify Copilot-related data risks and drive remediation activities. \n Work with stakeholders to identify and resolve data exposure and permissions risks that may impact Copilot. \n Support enterprise-wide Copilot configuration, governance and operational processes. \n Collaborate with security, compliance and M365 teams to ensure Copilot deployments align with organisational policies. \n Contribute to documentation, governance standards and best practices for enterprise Copilot adoption. \nEssential Skills & Experience\n Experience of rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot within a large organisation. \n Detailed understanding of the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre. \n Strong hands-on experience with M365 Copilot configuration. \n Experience with Agent 365, including configuration of Agents and Connectors. \n Good understanding of Microsoft first-party Copilot experiences. \n Experience configuring Microsoft Purview to ensure the safety and governance of the Copilot environment. \n Strong understanding of data governance, security, compliance and permissions within Microsoft 365. \n Experience analysing SAM reports and remediating identified data risks. \n Experience working with enterprise stakeholders across M365, security, compliance and technology teams. \nDesirable\n Experience with Copilot Studio deployment and development. \n Experience building/configuring Copilot agents and custom connectors. \n Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate and Dataverse. \n Experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI. \n PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API experience. \n Relevant Microsoft certifications. \nThe sample profile specifically demonstrates enterprise Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI integration, governance guardrails, role-based security, GDPR compliance, Power Platform CoE and Azure DevOps/PAC CLI experience, making these useful additional keywords for sourcing.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for someone who can combine hands-on M365 Copilot expertise with enterprise governance and security knowledge.
