If you need to, or plan to use AI during the interview process, please be transparent with us to avoid misunderstandings that could impact your chances of securing the role or your success at Mindera.\nExpected to travel to the UK at least once or twice a month.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive Strategy: Drive the long-term vision, adoption and implementation of AdTech across Web and App platforms, identifying new opportunities and continuously optimising existing placements to maximise supplier revenue whilst ensuring a good customer experience.\nLead Roadmap: Partner with the Retail Media team to manage the product roadmap and prioritise the backlog to align with core business goals and objectives, influencing other Digital teams to prioritise and deliver new features as required.\nElevate Standards: Set and maintain high customer experience standards through close collaboration with Design, Research, and Retail Media teams, to align on guiding principles for suppliers and internal approvals.\nSupport Accessibility: Embed accessibility guidelines and support for assistive technologies\nMeasure Impact: Establish success metrics that ladder up to our business OKRs and online scorecard.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven experience as a Product Manager (or Product Owner) in AdTech, Retail Media, e-commerce or a similar digital product environment\nSolid understanding of the ad serving ecosystem: placements, targeting, tracking, reporting and inventory management\nExperience managing roadmaps and backlogs across multiple stakeholders and teams, with the ability to influence without direct authority\nAbility to balance commercial goals (revenue, supplier value) with customer experience\nStrong analytical mindset, with experience defining KPIs/OKRs and using data to drive prioritisation\nExperience working with web and mobile app products\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English\nNice to Have\nExperience with an ad server or AdTech platform (Kevel, Google Ad Manager or similar)\nExperience with self-service tooling for advertisers or suppliers\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and assistive technologies\nExperience leading or supporting platform migrations\nBackground working closely with Design and UX Research teams\nBenefits\nThe Things We Really Care About:\nHealth Insurance, because health comes first\nFlexible working hours\nOpen holidays, take the time you need for yourself\nProfit distribution for everyone\nMindera Annual Trip, Sports, and sharing groups to connect and have fun!\nTraining & conferences, create your own training plan\nChild Care vouchers\nOther Good Things:\nChoose Laptop & Peripherals that best suit your needs\nHotspot with unlimited usage (PT), for work or Netflix ;)\nWe have amazing offices in Porto, Aveiro, and Coimbra if you want to physically connect with minders.
