with deep expertise in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale loyalty solutions.\nThis is a highly specialized role requiring hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementations, integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products to create seamless customer engagement experiences.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions.\nDesign and configure loyalty programs, including membership management, tier structures, points accrual and redemption, rewards, vouchers, promotions, and partner management.\nDesign and implement personalized customer engagement journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\nArchitect integrations between Loyalty Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and third-party applications.\nDefine scalable solution architecture, integration patterns, security, and governance.\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nLead technical workshops, solution design sessions, and architecture reviews.\nGuide development teams, perform solution reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.\nSupport deployment planning, testing, production releases, and post-implementation optimization.\nStay up to date with Salesforce product enhancements and recommend best practices.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8-15+ years of Salesforce platform experience.\nProven experience leading at least one end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Cloud implementation.\nStrong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio, and Data Extensions).\nExperience integrating Loyalty Cloud with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and security best practices.\nExperience with SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce Application or System Architect Certification.\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification.\nSalesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.\nSalesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification.\nSalesforce Loyalty Management
