The ideal candidate is a curious, detail-oriented engineer eager to own solutions end-to-end and adopt modern AI-assisted workflows.\nCompensation\n$70,000 - $120,000\nWhat You'll Accomplish\nApply AI-assisted engineering practices (AI DLC) across the development lifecycle, sharing effective workflows and patterns with the team.\nDesign and maintain APIs, background services, and reusable business logic using .NET and C#.\nBuild customer-facing features, including UI, Blazor apps, and .NET MAUI mobile functionality.\nDevelop cloud-native solutions and infrastructure as code on AWS, and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\nImplement observability (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting) and investigate production issues to identify root causes.\nApply security, privacy, and least-privilege principles across application and infrastructure work.\nParticipate in technical design, estimation, code reviews, and incremental delivery.\nCollaborate with Product, Test Engineering, Support, and CloudOps to resolve dependencies and deliver complete solutions.\nDocument architecture and technical decisions to support long-term maintainability.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nThree or more years of software engineering experience developing and supporting production systems.\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools and structured practices such as the AI DLC, including evaluating AI-generated output against normal engineering standards.\nExperience developing applications and services using .NET, C#, Web API, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs, including reusable services and shared business logic.\nExperience building web and cross-platform applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Blazor, and .NET MAUI.\nWorking knowledge of relational database design, SQL, and performance troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, CloudFront, DynamoDB, Secrets Manager, IAM, and CloudWatch, and understanding of cloud architecture, security, and high availability.\nExperience with infrastructure as code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or similar) and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps.\nExperience implementing observability (logging, metrics, tracing, alerting) and troubleshooting distributed applications and production issues.\nExperience with automated testing, source control, code review, and Agile delivery in cross-functional teams.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.\nLicenses & Certifications:\nAWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.\nWhy Join Mindex?\nFor more than 30 years, Mindex has helped organizations solve complex business challenges through custom software, cloud, data, and AI solutions.
