You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us deliver a seamless and impactful user experience.\nKey ResponsibilitiesConduct product discovery by learning from customers and users and investigating user experience design requirements for our mobile app and web app\n\nDesign and prototype user interfaces using Figma.\n\nCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.\n\nConduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.\n\nCreate wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.\n\nDesigning UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets\n\nTesting UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages\n\nProviding advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.\n\nAdhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.\n\nWho You AreHave 3-5 years of experience in designing interactive mobile app experiences at product-driven companies, not design agencies. B2B experience will be great.\n\nAdept in UX best practices and foundational interaction design principles.\n\nMust have a design portfolio that demonstrates UI work with modern design principles for web and/ or mobile platforms.\n\nHave a passion or active interest in mental health or therapy space and good knowledge of current trends in this space.\n\nAbility to clearly articulate ideas and lead teams through brainstorms and workshops.\n\nA keen eye for detail and craftsmanship while also considerate of deadlines and constraints.\n\nSelf-motivated and takes initiative to be part of the project.
