solutions engineering, technical consulting, professional services or a comparable hands-on role.\nPractical knowledge of one or more domains such as ITOps, ITSM, cloud operations, DevOps, observability, identity, endpoint management, infrastructure or service management.\nStrong experience with APIs, JSON and scripting, and the ability to troubleshoot integrations in complex environments.\nA pragmatic problem-solving mindset: you can break down an ambiguous process and turn it into a robust automated solution.\nClear communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.\nProfessional fluency in both French and English.\nNICE-TO-HAVE\nExperience deploying automation platforms, integration platforms or AI-enabled IT solutions.\nFamiliarity with LLMs, agentic
