If you’re ready to build your career in a fast-growing SaaS environment, this role is for you.\nWhat will be your responsibility\nIdentify Value & Develop Adoption StrategiesSupport the sales team in preparing demos, business cases, and customer pitches\nTranslate customer business challenges and goals into a tangible roadmap that ensures value with our SaaS platform, Mindfuel\nHelp run trials and execute Proof-of-Value projects with customers to explore problem spaces and proof the value of our SaaS solution\nAssist in workshops to identify product deployment and adoption roadmaps\nDrive Adoption & Maximize ValueWork alongside the Mindfuel Value Acceleration team on customer projects\nConfigure Mindfuel to fit customer needs with guidance from senior colleagues\nSet-up automations to integrate Mindfuel into customer IT ecosystems\nOnboard users onto Mindfuel and be their first point of contact for questions\nContribute to Proof-of-Value projects by framing clear, quantitative business benefits\nSupport initiatives that drive process improvements and measurable business impact\nGain Trust & Ensure Continuous SuccessContribute to customer success plans, including adoption, expansion, and renewal activities\nBuild strong working relationships with clients and develop into a trusted partner over time\nCollect customer feedback and share insights with our product and go-to-market teams\nHelp prepare management-level presentations and reports for stakeholders\nCreate re-usable best practice documentation to strengthen our Value Acceleration team\nWhat you'll need\nA bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related field\nTalent for drafting storylines and building slide decks with strong attention to detail\nStructured, self-driven, and motivated -
