This position supports candidate screening, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and candidate communications while helping create a positive and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.\nAs a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll help build the teams that support thousands of mental health providers and contribute to expanding access to mental healthcare. Successful candidates can evaluate job-related qualifications, maintain hiring standards, and provide objective observations throughout the hiring process.\nAbout Mindful Support Services\nMindful Support Services is a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. For 15 years, we have been providing administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of sourcing, marketing, and billing with patients and insurers. . Our teams support more than 2,400 mental health providers serving thousands of clients each week across more than 30 locations in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington, as well as via Telehealth.\nWe are dedicated to improving access to high-quality mental healthcare in the communities we serve. We are driven by our tenets of respect, authenticity, collaboration, and perseverance and instill these qualities into everything we do.\nRequirements\nPlace and update job postings including external online platforms and internal platforms. \nEvaluate and screen resumes and cover letters. \nConduct phone interviews and reference checks. \nMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hires. \nUpdate candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, including applicant tracking system. \nCoordinate interview scheduling and applicant communication. \nAssist with the employee referral process. \nReflect the work environment, culture, role responsibilities and expectations to prospective candidate while evaluating qualifications and alignment. \nAct as a first point of contact for prospective candidates, highlighting our brand and culture. \nQualifications\nMinimum of two years of customer service experience including at least one year relevant experience in talent acquisition and/or interviewing. \nHighly detail-oriented. \nExcellent customer service and ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office products (especially Outlook and Excel). \nAbility to adapt to new software applications and functions.\nCore Competencies\nExcellent verbal and written communication. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team. \nPossess quality judgment and assessment skills. \nExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. \nAbility to prioritize competing responsibilities and adapt to changing needs. \nDevelop a strong understanding of company mission, values, and workplace culture and represent them effectively to candidates. \nBenefits\n75% employer covered Health, Dental & Vision benefits plan\n401(k) savings plan with employer matching upon eligibility\n6 paid holidays\n15 PTO days accrued annually in first year\nProfessional and career development opportunities\nCompensation evaluated with opportunities for advancement\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer with a progressive workplace based on teamwork, integrity, and customer service.
