This role focuses on generating provider interest, uncovering untapped talent, assessing prospective providers, and converting prospects into partners.\nYou will source providers across multiple platforms, maintain a well-organized pipeline, and track all contact points, milestones, and next steps for the team. Success in this role requires the ability to build rapport quickly, stay organized in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment, and complete a high volume of calls. You are self-motivated, tenacious, and driven to hit individual targets while contributing to departmental and company-wide goals.\nAbout Mindful Support Services\nMindful Support Services provides business-to-business solutions for independent mental healthcare practitioners who wish to run their own business, helping them grow and serve a larger client base. We simplify the complexities of private practice by offering administrative and organizational support in lead generation, marketing, billing, and insurance collections through a 1099 model.\nOur team supports over 2,200 mental health providers who care for more than 30,000 clients per week across seven states and telehealth. Through the Mindful Therapy Group brand, we have built a platform that helps providers grow sustainable practices while improving access to high-quality mental healthcare.\nAs our network continues to grow, the Provider Sourcing Specialist will play an important role in identifying and engaging prospective providers across new and existing markets.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nEmploy a number of recruitment tools and techniques to source and attract interest of quality providers looking to explore a private practice setting with Mindful Therapy Group.\nSpend time assessing interested Providers, thinking critically about their ability to be successful as a business partner.\nPartner with the peers in department to identify recruiting needs, track conversions for follow ups, and establish goals.\nMake a high volume of phone calls. \nThink outside the box to cultivate new lead sources.\nQualifications/Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience in recruiting or sales\nStrong communication skills\nAbility to manage complex projects and multi-task\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets \nSelf-directed, proactive attitude, and ability to handle uncertainty\nProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and other technology platforms\nBenefits\nCompensation and Benefits:\n75% employer covered Health, Dental & Vision benefits plan\n401(k) savings plan with employer matching upon eligibility\n8 paid holidays\n15 PTO days accrued annually\nProfessional and career development opportunities\nCompensation evaluated with opportunities for advancement\nWe are an equal opportunity employer with a progressive workplace based on teamwork, integrity, and customer service.
