You can read more about us in this article.\nWe are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team and take full ownership of building and scaling the CRM function at Mindly.\nWhy is this role exciting?\nYou’ll join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche\n\nYou’ll build and own the entire CRM function at Mindly from the ground up\n\nYou’ll have a high level of freedom and ownership over your domain\n\nAbout you:\n2+ years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging as core user communication channels in a product-led environment\n\nPractical experience with ESP tools such as Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp, or others\n\nA proactive mindset and a high level of autonomy\n\nYour responsibilities:\nDesign, launch, and continuously optimize user communications across Email, Push, and In-App messages\n\nRun daily performance analysis of CRM campaigns, communications, and promo mechanics, turning insights into clear hypotheses and experiments for improvement\n\nOwn audience segmentation end-to-end: define targeting rules, build segments, and implement them in automated, trigger-based journeys\n\nMonitor and improve core delivery and engagement metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Unsubscribe/Spam Rate), ensuring consistently high-quality reach\n\nPlan, execute, and analyze A/B tests with a strong focus on business outcomes (Conversion, LTV, Retention, Churn, etc.)\n\nWork closely with product team to ensure CRM touchpoints form a cohesive, consistent user experience across the product\n\nHow do we work?\nWe
