You can read more about us in this article.\nWhy is this interesting?\nJoin a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche\n\nInfluence strategic product decisions - we actively listen to our team, so your input will directly impact functionality, user experience, and the product’s future\n\nHigh level of autonomy - we put a lot of trust in our team\n\nYour responsibilities:\nTake full ownership of our marketing automation infrastructure (built on Airtable, GCP, GitHub with Claude Code and Claude CoWork) and continuously evolve it as a living system.\n\nMaintain, build, and optimize automated integrations and data flows across ad platforms, across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other networks.\n\nStreamline marketing operations and creative production workflows, eliminating manual routine for cross-functional teams.\n\nCollaborate closely with UA Managers, PMMs, Designers, Marketing Manager, and Product Engineers to identify operational bottlenecks and implement smart automation solutions.\n\nAnalyze complex marketing processes, determine what needs to be automated versus what should remain manual, and build and maintain scalable infrastructure.\n\nYour skills:\nHas 6 months+ of experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Automation (experience in high-volume Operations or Performance Marketing is a plus).\n\nUnderstands core marketing processes, ad platform mechanics (Meta, Google, TikTok), and how to structure marketing data workflows and complex processes.\n\nHas strong experience with Low-Code/No-Code AI workflows (e.g., Claude Cowork, Claude Code) and basic code management (comfortably pushes code to GitHub with Claude Code).
