This is more than just writing code - it’s about deep user understanding, product thinking, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team.\nYou’ll work closely with Product Team and СEO in order to:\ndeeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems\n\nshape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems\n\ncontribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion that helps users who are interested in mental health support but are not yet ready to start therapy\n\nuse AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery\n\nYou will become a true “Product Engineer”, someone who fully understands code, design, the user, and the business. Working independently, you’ll drive the entire development cycle: from identifying the problem to launching the finished solution into production.\nYour skills:\n2+ years of commercial experience in a product company.\n\nProficiency with Node.js and React.js (we’re using TypeScript, React.js, Redux Toolkit, Node.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Google Cloud Platform, Firestore, and PostgreSQL)\n\nProduct thinking focused on solving user problems, not just on technical solutions\n\nExperience building AI-powered products, LLM workflows, RAG systems, AI agents, or other AI-native applications or extensive experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow\n\nStrong engineering fundamentals and the ability to design scalable, maintainable
