This is more than just writing code - it’s about deep user understanding, product thinking, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team.\nYou’ll work closely with Product Team and СEO in order to:\ndeeply understand user needs and their most pressing problems\n\nshape and evaluate potential solutions to these problems\n\ncontribute to the development of AI-powered experiences, including workflows and the AI Companion that helps users who are interested in mental health support but are not yet ready to start therapy\n\nuse AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery, experimentation, and product discovery\n\nYou will become a true “Product Engineer”, someone who fully understands code, design, the user, and the business.
