You can read more about us in this article.\nWe are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to build one of the all-time great companies in mental health industry.\nWhy is this interesting?\nThe #1 product in our niche, growing fast with real momentum\n\nA seat at the table - you'll work directly with founders as a true business partner\n\nHigh autonomy and trust - we hire adults and treat them that way\n\nAbout you:\n2+ years in Talent Acquisition at a product company, ideally in a startup environment\n\nProven track record hiring across a mix ofproduct, technical, and marketing roles (prior experience recruiting performance marketing talent is highly valued)\n\nHands-on experience with ATS platforms (we use Ashby)\n\nComfortable working with recruiting analytics: funnel metrics, time to hire, pass-through rates, and using data to drive decisions and flag risks early\n\nAmbitious and relentless - your effort and tenacity are on par with your drive\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and energized by building processes from scratch\n\nYour responsibilities:\nEnd-to-end hiring. You run the full recruiting loop - from sourcing to offer - using AI and modern tooling to move fast, while applying sharp judgment where it matters\n\nProactive sourcing. You don't wait for inbound. You combine outreach, data, and new technologies to find and engage the strongest candidates before competitors do\n\nHiring manager partnership. You work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, set expectations, and keep pipelines moving\n\nRecruiting analytics.
