You can read more about us in this article.\nTogether with Mindly’s CMO Masha, we’re looking for a part-time UGC Manager to help scale Mindly through partnerships with creators, influencers, and actors, as well as by launching creative collaborations that drive performance in the Ukrainian market and beyond.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (Ukrainian market is a big plus).\n\nExperience purchasing UGC content - from negotiations to tracking final results.\n\nExcellent communication and self-organization skills.\n\nA producer mindset - the ability to see the potential in content and evaluate its impact.\n\nB2/C1 English with strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience in the mental health niche or other B2C industries.\n\nExperience working with the US market.\n\nYour future responsibilities:\nFinding influencers and UGC creators who match our target audience, with a strong focus on the Ukrainian market.\n\nBuilding and maintaining partnerships through regular communication and engagement.\n\nAnalyzing the performance of purchased content and finding ways to reduce costs without compromising quality.\n\nTaking full ownership of the process -
