This role is responsible for installations, inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and software updates, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. The representative serves as the front-line technical expert, maintaining positive relationships with customers while supporting service contracts and assisting sales and clinical teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPerform installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of Mindray equipment in hospitals and clinical environments.\nTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues to minimize equipment downtime.\nProvide telephone and on-site technical support to customers, sales, and clinical staff.\nMaintain organized documentation and service reports in accordance with company policies and quality system standards.\nSupport contract renewals by identifying potential customers, preparing quotations, and pursuing new service opportunities.\nManage company-provided inventory, test equipment, and vehicle to ensure readiness and compliance with service standards.\nStay current on product updates and technical advancements through ongoing training and collaboration with senior technicians.\nPartner with sales and clinical education teams to provide technical expertise during product demonstrations and installations.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAssociate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).\nPrior experience in field service or hospital biomedical engineering preferred.\nStrong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of medical devices.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work independently.\nCustomer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nValid driver’s license and clean driving record.\nWork Environment\nHome-based field position with approximately 70% travel to hospitals and clinics. Must be available for on-call emergency service 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
