This field-based role focuses on expanding market share in key clinical areas, developing strategic customer relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Clinical teams to ensure Mindray’s ultrasound solutions meet customer and market needs.\nWhat You’ll Do\n· Recruit, develop, and manage a team of Ultrasound Sales Representatives across the Midwest region.\n· Drive direct sales growth within hospitals and surgery centers, focusing on Emergency Medicine, Regional Anesthesia, ICU, Labor & Delivery, and Interventional Radiology.\n· Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Clinical teams to optimize sales strategies and provide market feedback for new product enhancements.\n· Collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers, and cross-division sales teams to coordinate efforts across call points.\n· Support demonstrations, installations, and in-services in collaboration with ultrasound Clinical Technology Specialists.\n· Provide regular sales forecasts, demonstration reports, and territory activity updates to leadership.\n· Represent Mindray at regional and national ultrasound conferences to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.\n· Support occasional distribution sales outside of hospital markets, including physician office segments.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n· Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience, including at least 5 years in ultrasound sales.\n· Proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.\n· Strong clinical and technical understanding of ultrasound applications and workflows.\n· Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic selling skills.\n· Highly motivated and self-directed, with a passion for building customer relationships and mentoring others.\n· Willingness to travel up to 70% across the assigned region.\nMindray North America offers a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, disability coverage, FSA/HSA options, and more-all within a dynamic, supportive, and collaborative work environment.\nMindray North America is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
