As a Brand Designer, your focus will be on brand asset creation, visual identity, and brand consistency. We need a core specialist dedicated to building a strong visual foundation. You will serve as the architect of the brand identity, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring that all visual touchpoints look cohesive across various mediums using industry-standard design tools.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes.\nCreate, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements.\nAct as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.\nBuild scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards.\nEnforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums.\nHow to get started\nApply, pass qualification(s), and start contributing to projects aligned with your expertise - on your own schedule.\nEducational qualifications\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus.\nAcademic and/or Professional Experience\nCandidates must have a strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines. We are looking for specialists with a deep understanding of how core branding translates seamlessly across different digital and print mediums. A strategic, detail-obsessed approach and the ability to work independently to build long-lasting visual systems are essential.\n Technical Skills (Essential)\nBrand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems.\nDesign Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets.\nCross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials.\nBrand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use.\n Additional requirements\nA strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity.\nStrong dedication to visual consistency and functioning as a true brand gatekeeper.\nSelf-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets.\nPortfolio showcasing branding work (logos, identity systems, guidelines) must be included in the CV\nEnglish proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required)\nProject time expectations\nFor this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10-20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.\nCompensation\nOn this project, contributors can earn up to $34 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.\nCompensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
