Configure and maintain link aggregation using LACP for bandwidth optimization and redundancy.\n\n- Implement and manage high availability protocols such as HSRP and VRRP for gateway redundancy.\n\n- Modify access and core switch configurations to support SD-WAN migration, including traffic shaping, policy-based routing, and integration with edge devices.\n\n- Configure and manage wireless networks using Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba solutions, including controller-based and cloud-managed deployments.\n\n- Implement and manage network security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.\n\n- Manage and maintain firewall platforms (e.g., Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto), including rule base configuration, NAT policies, and VPN setups.\n\n- Collaborate with ISP/telecom providers for link provisioning, troubleshooting, and service upgrades.\n\n- Plan and oversee structured cabling installations, including copper and fiber optic systems.\n\n- Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables and manage fiber patch panels for Data Center and office connectivity.\n\n- Participate in technology evaluations, Proof-of-Concepts, and service development initiatives.\n\n- Lead or support migration projects from traditional WAN to SD-WAN architectures.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network requirements for new projects and office expansions.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.\n\n- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).\n\n- CCNA/CCNP Certification in at least one domain.\n\n- Familiarity with Data Center networking, including high availability and redundancy concepts.\n\n- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds, Nagios).\n\n- Knowledge of network monitoring/diagnostic tools and packet capture analysis.\n\n- Strong communication and documentation skills.\n\n- Flexibility to work across time zones and global teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.\n\n- Knowledge of
