the Role:\n\nWe are looking for a Product leader to own the vision, strategy and execution of our Enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) SaaS platform.\n\nThis is a high-impact role for someone who has lived the sourcing and procurement problem first-hand, advised enterprises on it as a consultant, and then built products to solve it.\n\nYou will work closely with Leadership, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customers and Implementation teams to build a scalable, differentiated procurement platform with AI and Agentic capabilities, taking the S2P platform from 0 - 1 and 1 - 10.\n\nWhat You Will Own:\n\nProduct Strategy & Vision:\n\n- Define and own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the S2P platform.\n\n- Build and manage the annual and quarterly product roadmap.\n\n- Identify market opportunities and define differentiation against Tier 1 S2P platforms.\n\n- Drive product-market fit, customer adoption and expansion.\n\n- Balance customer requirements with scalable, configurable product capabilities.\n\nSourcing Domain Leadership:\n\n- Be the in-house authority on strategic sourcing: category strategy, spend cube analysis, RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ), e-auctions, bid analysis, negotiation and award, TCO and savings tracking.\n\n- Translate real-world sourcing and category management practices into product workflows.\n\n- Bring a consultant's structured problem-solving to customer engagements and product design.\n\nProduct Discovery & Customer:\n\n- Work directly with enterprise customers, CPOs, procurement leaders and business stakeholders.\n\n- Identify real customer problems and convert them into product opportunities.\n\n- Lead discovery, validation and prioritization.\n\n- Build a strong feedback loop between customers, Product, Engineering and GTM.\n\n- Support pre-sales, solution design and key customer conversations.\n\nSource-to-Pay Product:\n\n- Own the evolution of the complete journey: Demand - Requisition - Sourcing - Supplier Management - Contracts - PO - Supplier Collaboration - GRN - Invoice - Spend Analytics.\n\nAI & Agentic Product:\n\n- Define and execute the AI/Agentic roadmap for procurement, for example Procurement Copilot, Supplier Scout, Sourcing Agent, Contract Intelligence, Spend Intelligence, Demand Intake Agent, and Invoice/PO Exception Agent.\n\n- Identify where AI creates measurable procurement value (savings, cycle time, compliance), not just AI features.\n\nProduct Execution:\n\n- Translate strategy into clear requirements and roadmaps.\n\n- Partner with Engineering, UX and QA to deliver high-quality releases.\n\n- Establish a strong Discovery - PRD - Development - QA - Release process.\n\n- Drive prioritization across features, platform improvements, technical debt and customer commitments.\n\n- Ensure predictable, outcome-driven delivery.\n\nEnterprise Platform & Integrations:\n\n- Drive a scalable enterprise architecture across SAP ECC / S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP CPI / CIG, other ERP and Finance systems, APIs and third-party platforms.\n\nUX & Product Experience:\n\n- Own the product experience with the Design team.\n\n- Simplify complex enterprise procurement workflows.\n\n- Ensure consistency across modules, navigation and user journeys.\n\n- Build a product that is easy to adopt, use and demonstrate.\n\nProduct Organization:\n\n- Build, mentor and grow a high-performing Product team.\n\n- Establish product management processes, standards and operating cadence.\n\n- Coach Product Managers on discovery, prioritization, PRDs and execution.\n\n- Create clear ownership across product areas.\n\nMust Have:\n\n- 10 - 20 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in Product Management / Product Leadership.\n\n- Deep Sourcing / Procurement domain expertise (strategic sourcing, category management, RFx, e-auctions, supplier management).\n\n- Consulting experience in procurement or supply chain (Big 4 / strategy / procurement advisory) with exposure to enterprise clients.\n\n- Hands-on Product Lead / Product Owner experience on an S2P or procurement SaaS platform.\n\n- Significant experience building B2B / Enterprise SaaS products; experience taking products 0 - 1 and/or 1 - 10.\n\n- Proven ownership of product strategy and roadmap.\n\n- Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex enterprise workflows.\n\n- Strong customer discovery and product-market-fit mindset.\n\n- Proven collaboration with Engineering, UX, Sales and Customers.\n\n- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers.\n\n- Working understanding of GenAI / Agentic AI and its application to enterprise workflows.\n\n- Good understanding of APIs, cloud, databases and enterprise integrations.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management, Spend Management, P2P, or Supplier Risk/Performance.\n\n- Exposure to ERP / Enterprise Applications (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba, Oracle) and Finance / Supply Chain SaaS.\n\n- Hands-on experience with a Tier 1 S2P platform.\n\n- Experience in pre-sales, solutioning or implementation of procurement technology.\n\n- Technology or engineering background.\n\n- Prior experience in a startup or scale-up environment.\n\n- Published thought leadership in procurement or procurement tech.\n\nEducation:\n\n- Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) or equivalent.\n\n- Strongly preferred: MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI or equivalent), ideally with Operations, Supply Chain or Strategy specialization.\n\n- Good-to-have certifications: CIPS, CPSM / CSCP (ISM/APICS), Lean Six Sigma, CSPO / Pragmatic Product Management, or Cloud/AI certifications.\nSkills\nIT Product Management, IT
